28 Jul Dream Gossip
If there is one thing you should not keep quiet about, it would be speaking about your dream life and the dreams of others. Dream talk can be one of the greatest ways to reach people for Jesus. Interaction between young and old, rich and poor, black or white becomes so easy when the discussion of dreams pop up. Everyone dreams. Listening to and interpreting the dreams of children (check out our kid’s page) are a wonderful way of connecting to the younger generation. There is no greater beauty than to see the face of a child light up when they discover that God has been speaking to them while they were asleep. When the topic of dreams is discussed at a gathering of strangers, and you ask the question, “Do you dream?” The conversation begins to flow as easy as a river. Everyone wants to understand why they had the dream they had! What in the world does it mean! It doesn’t matter that you have never spoken to a certain individual. When you begin to explain what their dream means, the uneasy feeling goes away and a bond is quickly formed. Your table talk changes from gossip to God language. Try it. You will be amazed at the unity that will develop as you speak about dreams.
