The Pomegranate God’s Dream Seed

The Pomegranate God’s Dream Seed

This remarkable fruit is rich in symbolism and there are specific references to the pomegranate in the Bible.  Pomegranates were woven into the hem of the High Priest’s garments. It was the fruit depicted on the capitals of the two pillars which stood in front of the temple King Solomon built in Jerusalem.  King Solomon is said to have designed his crown based on the crown of the pomegranate.  Jewish tradition teaches that the pomegranate is a symbol of righteousness because it is said to have 613 seeds, which corresponds with the 613 commandments of the Torah.  The pomegranate represents fruitfulness, knowledge, learning, and wisdom.

The pomegranate also represent dreams.  Each time you dream you can picture a seed, a revelation, coming into you.  As you interpret (chew) this revelation, the juice begins to flow down to the hem of your garment affecting your walk.  It begins to form two pillars that will bring you balance and stability.  The revelation of this seed (dream) will give you the authority (crown) to tear down a stronghold over your life, or to speak truth into a situation you are facing.  Righteousness will increase as you swallow the pomegranate seed with it’s juices.  You will replace an unbelief with God’s Word that is full of wisdom and knowledge.

Since we know there are 365 days in a year, and 613 seeds in a pomegranate, then I would say to expect at least one dream a night.  A dream full of fruitfulness!
